Payroll Assistant

The Payroll Assistant handles and supports various employee payroll and compenben tasks.

Job Duties

• Analyze, prepare, and input payroll data to include garnishments, vacation leaves, sick leaves, and overtime
• Utilize Time and Attendance system to produce accurate and timely payroll hours
• Review electronic and paper time sheets for completeness, accuracy, and contact various department supervisors for any missed times
• Assist with benefits administration and communicating benefits information to employees
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of payroll taxes
• Willing to start ASAP at Brgy. Paltok, SFDM, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Atleast 1 year experience as Payroll Assistant (preferred)
• Graduate of Human Resource, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Efficient Organization Skills
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive, private employee information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
