Payroll Assistant

Responsibilities:

(1) Payroll Processing - Independently handle end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and submit payroll reports and journal entries to Finance on time.

(2) Withholding Tax Reports - Generate and submit monthly withholding tax reports with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance with BIR timelines.

(3) Final Pay Processing - Manage final pay computations independently and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any discrepancies.

(4) Recruitment Support - Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.

(5) Other HR Tasks - Perform other payroll and HR-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with good academic standing from a reputable university.
• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing and BIR withholding tax compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee information.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to report onsite Mon-Fri 9am-6pm at Santolan Town Plaza, San Juan City.
