Armont have partnered with a leading multinational organisation seeking an ambitious Payroll Assistant to join their dynamic team based in north Dublin.

This high growth business has expanded over recent years through rapid development and is progressively expanding their global operations within Ireland.

This newly created role will suit a payroll professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience that is seeking a payroll position that will provide an excellent opportunity to fast track your career within a global leading organisation.

The Role

• Completing and owning payroll processing cycle
• Maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of all payroll transactions
• Responsible for the Time and Attendance process for Ireland operations
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
• Ensures compliance with government legal requirements, for wage, hours, tax and best practices
• Adhering to all Payroll and HR controls and deadlines
• Provide recommendations to updates of payroll processing systems and procedures

The Candidate

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role
• Knowledge of payroll functions including preparation, processing and payroll taxes
• Experience and understanding of revenue
• Experience with payroll systems
