Payroll Assistant (No Experience Required)

Our Client:

• Engineering Services (Government Sector)
• Mon to Fri, Office Hours
• Tiong Bahru
• UP $3200 Basic + Variable Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process monthly payroll transactions, including salary pro-ration, CPF contributions, taxation, and other payroll-related activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners to obtain and validate payroll inputs, resolve payroll queries, and support smooth payroll operations.
• Investigate and report payroll data discrepancies, maintain secure payroll records, and support annual and ad-hoc audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Business Studies / Human Resources or equivalent
• Only Singaporeans may apply
