Deskripsi Pekerjaan Melakukan proses penggajian secara akurat dan tepat waktu, serta memastikan seluruh komponen payroll sesuai regulasi dan kebijakan perusahaan. Termasuk didalamnya perhitungan lembur, benefit, BPJS dan PPh 21
Persyaratan
- Pendidikan D3 (Manajemen, Akuntansi, HR, atau jurusan lain yang terkait)
- Pengalaman 2 tahun di bidang payroll atau HR Operations
- Menguasai rumus-rumus perhitungan dasar pada Excel
- Familiar untuk menggunakan HRIS/ Payroll system (SAP, Oracle, Talenta, dll)
