Payroll Associate

The Payroll Associate is responsible for processing employee payroll, preparing and distributing payslips, and assisting the Finance Department in preparing payroll documents for billing to company clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in payroll processing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and payroll regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process employee payroll and payslips.
• Verify attendance, salary rates, and deductions.
• Monitor employee loans and government contributions.
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain records.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Finance.
