Payroll Associate

The Payroll Associate is responsible for processing employee payroll, preparing and distributing payslips, and assisting the Finance Department in preparing payroll documents for billing to company clients.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in payroll processing is an advantage.
Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and payroll regulations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:
Process employee payroll and payslips.
Verify attendance, salary rates, and deductions.
Monitor employee loans and government contributions.
Prepare payroll reports and maintain records.
Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Finance.
