Job Title: Payroll Associate
Location: Ekkatuthangal
Experience: Minimum 1.5yrs
**Salary:**Upto 3.5lpa

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing monthly payroll for employees.
• Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, and attendance details.
• Verify employee timesheets, leave records, and salary components.
• Support in handling statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, and TDS.
• Address employee queries related to salary, payslips, and deductions.
• Coordinate with the HR and finance teams for payroll-related updates.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 1.5yrs experience in payroll or HR operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of payroll processing.
• Understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS) is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
