Payroll Associate II

• Assist on the administration of employee master file on Payroll System and maintenance of payroll data including:
• Responsible for the collection, review, and entering of information from daily allocations sheets into Definitiv system in a timely manner.
• Responsible for clarifying with the site team areas that are not understood and ensures that allocation sheet information is consistent with the date entry field requirements
• Maintenance of payroll master file changes, employee details and including cost centres.
• Enter payroll variations (e.g. allowance information, adjustments, and leave variations).
• Employee and Report filing and Record keeping.
• Participate weekly pay run processing as assigned by Payroll Lead
• Respond to initial payroll queries from employees or site Supervisors as per the assigned projects and sites.
• Preparation of internal and external Reporting, weekly and end of month when is required.
• All decisions with a financial or legal implication must be escalated to the Payroll Lead.
• Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course
• With at least 3 years of working experience specializing in payroll, (ideally in Australian transactions is an advantage)
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Must have an excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work with a multi-cultural team
• Willing to work on a hybrid set-up in Alabang, Muntinlupa
