Payroll Associate (Outsourcing)

Job Summary

Responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate payroll records, resolving payroll discrepancies, and managing multiple client engagements.

Job description

• Process monthly/bi-monthly payroll activities
• Update and maintain payroll records
• Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and reconciliations
• Review payroll data and coordinate corrections with clients
• Handle payroll-related concerns and discrepancies
• Process payroll tax payments and termination payments
• Prepare ad hoc reports as needed
• Handle multiple client engagements

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• Experience in the outsourcing industry is an advantage but not required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and simultaneous assignments
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of organization
