As our Payroll/Billing Coordinator, you will play a key role in back-office success at TRC Talent Solutions as you perform intricate and complex tasks while fostering operational efficiency within the department. While prior experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus, it is not required as we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate with the ability to work autonomously, who also enjoys being part of a collaborative team that delivers consistent results. About the Opportunity:

• Proficient use of back-office software (currently Microsoft Dynamics GP) including preparation of electronic file importing “EFI” to process large datasets (Timecards, PTO/Longevity/Holiday, Miscellaneous Bonus) efficiently and accurately
• Manage confidential and secure Income Withholding Orders “IWO” for Staffing Employees (Child Support, Bankruptcy, Court-Ordered Garnishments) including setup/maintenance in back-office and prompt communication with agencies
• Manipulate weekly billing data for Customized Client Invoicing, through use of advanced Excel skills including understanding of PowerQuery, Pivot Tables and Analytics to ensure accurate and timely results
• Oversee email communication within TRC Payroll Inbox and triage accordingly
• Perform customer service-related activities to ensure branch and client satisfaction
• Employ exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills for Staffing Employees in processing daily payroll documents (timesheets, bonus pay, adjustments, onboarding docs etc.) to ensure accurate and efficient compensation
• Communicate and document compliance issues, while offering best practice solutions based on TRC Fundamentals
• Initiate departmental process improvements and assist with implementing corporate projects; consistently demonstrate willingness to adapt and learn new things
