About the role

Konnect Remote Solutions Inc is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented payroll and bookkeeping officer to manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance for our growing team, plus support bookkeeping for our affiliated companies. This is an in-office role based in Cebu, with real opportunity to grow into a broader finance role as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including time log tracking, computation of basic pay, overtime, night differential, holiday pay and thirteenth month pay
• Managing statutory contributions and filings with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG
• Maintaining accurate employee payroll records
• Supporting basic bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking and reconciliations
• Liaising with the company's external accountant as needed
• Other related HR duties

About you

• At least two to three years experience in Philippine payroll processing and statutory compliance
• Familiarity with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG requirements
• Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Bookkeeping experience is a plus but not required
