Payroll Clerk

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process payroll and ensure timely salary release.
• Verify employee attendance, overtime, leave, and other payroll-related data.
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.
• Compute salaries, deductions, and government-mandated contributions.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with HR and Accounting regarding payroll concerns and discrepancies.
• Ensure confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
• Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in payroll processing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
