What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Timekeeping: Collect and verify timesheets, attendance records, and overtime hours.
- Wage Calculation: Compute gross and net pay, including taxes, benefits, and deductions.
- Payment Processing: Issue direct deposits and prepare physical paychecks.
- Record Maintenance: Update employee files for new hires, promotions, and terminations.
- Support: Answer employee questions and resolve payment discrepancies
**Must be Spanish/English Bi-Lingual
