Payroll Clerk

• Reports to the Accounting Supervisor and is responsible to complete payroll functions in order to ensure staffs are paid in an accurate and timely manner.

• Ensure accurate and timely in-house payroll production in accordance with statutory regulations.

• Preparation of payroll every 15th and 30th of the month and LIV payroll with payslip.

• Ensure all time sheets, overtime slips are properly filed up.

• Preparation of Project Employees payroll every week.

• Record sickness and other absences of employees.

• Prepare and process government remittances.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent

• Preferably with at least 2 - 3 years related work experience

• Computer Literate

• Must possess good written and verbal good communications skills, as well as data entry skills.

• Must possess organizational and time management skills, as well as good attention to detail.

• must be able to work independently and as a part of a team, while meeting deadlines.
