Title: Payroll Clerk III

Location: Westerville, OH (Onsite Only)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Start Date: 10/26/2026

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (flexible start/end times, such as 8:00 AM-4:30 PM)

Pay Rate: $20/hr

What They're Looking For:

• 5+ years of payroll experience
• Experience processing payroll data, balancing payroll runs, and supporting tax payments
• Ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and answer employee payroll-related questions
• Strong data entry and administrative skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable working in a structured environment with established processes
• Ability to work onsite in Westerville, OH

Day-to-Day:

• Input payroll data from timesheets, production records, and timecards into payroll systems
• Balance payroll runs and ensure payroll accuracy
• Process federal, state, and local tax payments
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues
• Maintain payroll records and support payroll administration activities
• Follow established payroll processes and procedures with a high degree of accuracy
• Work closely with supervisors and payroll team members to ensure timely payroll processing
