What they need
Payroll Specialist:
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.
- Maintain attendance, leave, salary, deductions, and employee payroll data.
- Process statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.
- Handle payroll inputs for new joiners, exits, increments, incentives, and arrears.
- Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and salary-related statements.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll processing and reconciliation.
