Payroll

Responsibilities:

• Payroll & Salary Administration – Manage payroll processing and salary payment.
• Time Attendance Management – Monitor and maintain employee attendance and working time records.
• Provident Fund & Social Security – Handle employee provident fund and social security administration.
• Employee Compensation – Manage sales commission and other related employee payments.
• Annual Health Check-up – Coordinate annual employee health check-up activities.
• HR Data & Documentation Support & Welfare committee (CO) – Maintain related payroll, benefit, and employee records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3-5 years' experience in Labor Laws, Employee relation, activities, Internal Communication or other related fields.
• Good command in English, both written and spoken. (TOEIC score 550 up will be advantage)
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva and etc.
• Able to work effectively as a team as well as independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Human Relation possess skill and Highly Service Mind.
