Payroll

Position Summary

The Payroll Staff is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring that salaries, deductions, benefits, and statutory contributions are processed on time and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in payroll, accounting, finance, or HR administration is preferred.
• Good knowledge of payroll processes and basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet strict payroll deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Philippine payroll requirements, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR processes.
• Experience handling large employee populations.
• Knowledge of payroll reconciliation and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas.

Recommended Experience

Experienced: 1–2 years of payroll/accounting/HR experience
