- 1 yr of Call Center AND PAYROLL Timekeeping experience in call center environment required.
- Experience in a Hospital setting.
- Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Primary duties include answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements.
