Payroll Data Admin – US Operations

Assignment Details

• Type: Temporary, full-time (40 hours per week)
• Duration: 6-month contract
• Location: Remote
• Schedule: Night shift
• Start date: August 31, 2026

What You Will Do

• Enter and process payroll data received from approximately 50 PEO client accounts in PrismHR
• Process payrolls across multiple industries, multiple states, and multiple pay frequencies, accurately and on schedule
• Validate payroll data before submission, including hours, earnings, deductions, and taxes
• Respond to internal and client requests professionally and promptly
• Escalate discrepancies and exceptions rather than working around them
• Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas that improve the process

What You Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience; PEO or multi-client environment strongly preferred
• Experience with PrismHR preferred; experience with a comparable payroll platform required
• Ability to perform multi-state gross-to-net calculations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadline pressure
• Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Ability to meet deliverables in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Discretion in handling confidential employee and client data
• Willingness to seek first to understand, and to give and receive candid feedback

Nice to Have

• FPC or CPP certification
• Experience with time and attendance imports, such as SwipeClock
