Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain Excel-based payroll schedules and templates.
• Use advanced Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF, IFS, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, and IFERROR.
• Develop Pivot Tables, dashboards, and automated payroll reports.
• Perform payroll data analysis, reconciliation, and identify discrepancies.
• Use Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Sorting, and Filtering to maintain data accuracy.
• Manage and analyze large employee datasets while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Improve and automate payroll processes using advanced Excel techniques.

Requirements:

• HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, HR, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in payroll, HR data management, finance, reporting, or a related role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of advanced Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and dashboards.
