Role Overview:

The Payroll Executive, APAC supports accurate and timely payroll delivery across Empyrion Digital’s markets in Asia. Working closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors, the role covers end-to-end payroll processing support, claims administration, statutory compliance, and payroll reporting, while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end payroll processing activities across APAC markets, including data collection, validation, and payroll input preparation.
• Process employee claims and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Assist with monthly payroll reconciliation and verification to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Handle payroll-related employee inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Support statutory submissions and compliance activities, including EPF, CPF, and other regulatory requirements across operating markets.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors on payroll-related matters, including payroll calendars, inputs, and outputs.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support internal and external audit requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working in a Multinational Corporation (MNC) or Shared Services Center (SSC) is preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
