Job Description

MAINT-KLEEN PTE LTD is seeking a meticulous and experienced Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations and support HR administration. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely salary processing, statutory submissions, payroll reporting, and maintenance of employee records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within required deadlines.
• Manage payroll records for a large employee workforce.
• Handle statutory contributions and related submissions.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliation reports.
• Maintain accurate employee and payroll data.
• Address employees' payroll and benefits-related enquiries.
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams on payroll matters.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with Singapore employment regulations.
• Support payroll audits and other HR administrative activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous payroll experience in Singapore is preferred.
• Familiarity with payroll software such as TIMES Software is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of payroll administration and statutory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in MacPherson
