 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including attendance and salary inputs
• Maintain employee master data for new joiners, exits, and changes
• Coordinate with Finance teams and share final payroll registers
• Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements
• Resolve employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and Form 16
• Manage annual investment declarations for tax computation
• Support new joiners with salary portal access
• Ensure compliance with payroll and statutory regulations
• Coordinate gratuity documentation and insurance partners
• Manage medical insurance additions/deletions and employee support

 Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, HR, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/attendance systems
• High attention to detail with good communication skills
