Payroll Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, PF, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages and benefits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and industry standards related to payroll management.
• Collaborate with HR team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to employee data.
• Provide support in preparing reports on payroll metrics and trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Payroll Execution role with expertise in Payroll Management, Payroll Processing, Salary Processing, PF (Employee Provident Fund), and Statutory Compliance.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations governing payroll administration.
• Proficiency in using software applications for managing attendance tracking, leave management, time sheets etc.
