Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for 4,000+ workers.
• Collect and verify attendance, overtime, leave and other payroll inputs.
• Monitor the Plant Payroll/HR Teams and ensure timely and accurate inputs.
• Verify payroll data before final processing.
• Handle PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances and filings.
• Ensure timely payment of PF/ESIC challans and statutory returns.
• Resolve payroll-related issues and coordinate with Plant HR and Finance teams.
• Maintain proper payroll records and monthly reports.

Required Skills

• Min 3 - 6 years of experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC and labour statutory compliances.
• Experience in handling large-scale payroll.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software/HRMS.
• Good coordination and verification skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing/textile industry will be preferred.
