Payroll Executive Roles & Responsibilities

• Processing monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
• Maintaining employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
• Verifying salary components, deductions, incentives, reimbursements, and statutory compliances.
• Preparing payroll reports and MIS for management review.
• Coordinating with HR and Accounts departments for payroll-related activities.
• Ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable labor regulations.
• Handling employee queries related to salary, payslips, deductions, and benefits.
• Maintaining confidentiality of employee payroll and personal information.
• Supporting employee onboarding and exit formalities related to payroll processing.
• Assisting in payroll audits and statutory inspections whenever required.
• Maintaining accurate employee master data and payroll records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in payroll processing, HR operations, or accounts administration preferred.
• Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software.
• Understanding of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labor law compliances will be an added advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Willingness to undergo training at Tirupur and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
