Job_Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, and support HR operations. The ideal candidate is an immediate joiner with hands-on SAP payroll experience.

Roles_&_Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using SAP
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, WPS (Wage Protection System), and end-of-service calculations
• Maintain and update employee records related to salaries, benefits, and deductions
• Handle leave management, overtime, and final settlements
• Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll data with finance
• Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, salary structure, and benefits
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for payroll-related audits
• Ensure timely submission of WPS files to relevant authorities
• Stay updated with changes in UAE labour regulations and ensure timely implementation

Qualifications_Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum 2–4 years of payroll experience in the UAE

• Strong working knowledge of SAP (Payroll module)

• Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and WPS requirements

• High attention to detail and confidentiality

• Strong analytical and reporting skills
