Executive / Sr. Executive - Centralized Payroll

Location: Manesar
Experience: 4-6 Years
Industry: Manufacturing (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll for 1,500-2,000 employees.
• Process monthly payroll, F&F settlements, and statutory compliances.
• Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax, and payroll reconciliations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and plant teams for payroll inputs and MIS reporting.
• Resolve employee payroll and salary-related queries.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 4-6 years of payroll experience.
• Hands-on experience in large workforce payroll management (1,500+ employees).
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliances, HRMS, and Advanced Excel.
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
