PAYROLL EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to join our team at Master Suppliers Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our full HR functions, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
• Process salary, OT, allowances, commissions, deductions, unpaid leave and other payroll adjustments.
• Manage statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB/MTD.
• Verify attendance, overtime, leave and payroll records.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll reconciliation.
• Handle employee enquiries related to salary, deductions and statutory contributions.
• Maintain confidential payroll and employee records.
• Assist with new joiner and resignation payroll matters, including final salary calculations.
• Ensure payroll practices comply with relevant Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Perform other HR/payroll duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of payroll/HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in Malaysian payroll and statutory submissions.
• Good knowledge of EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB/MTD.
• Proficient in MS Excel; HRMS/FlexHR payroll system experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible and able to meet payroll deadlines.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.
