We’re Hiring: Payroll Executive

We’re looking for a detail-focused Payroll Executive to ensure our employees are paid accurately, on time and in line with relevant legislation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end payroll processes

• Processing PAYG, payroll tax and superannuation

• Managing leave, employee changes and terminations

• Resolving payroll queries and issues

• Supporting month-end reporting

• Maintaining accurate payroll records and compliance

What we’re looking for:

• Strong payroll knowledge and attention to detail

• Australian payroll experience preferred; global payroll experience also considered

• Understanding of Modern Awards and payroll legislation

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
