Payroll Executive

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Executive to join our HR team and manage the company’s payroll operations accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage WPS (Wage Protection System) payroll processing.
• Handle salary calculations, deductions, allowances, overtime, and leave adjustments.
• Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports.
• Handle end-of-service benefits and gratuity settlements.
• Ensure payroll compliance with UAE labour regulations and company policies.
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve salary-related discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding payroll-related matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE payroll, WPS, and gratuity calculations.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and payroll practices.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
