Payroll Executive

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Executive to manage the company’s end-to-end payroll process and ensure accurate and timely salary processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle WPS salary processing and submissions.
• Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and salary sheets.
• Calculate gratuity, leave salary, and final settlements.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance regarding payroll-related matters.
• Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and company policies.
• Prepare payroll-related reports for management and audits.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE payroll, WPS, gratuity, and final settlement procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and payroll practices.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience with payroll/HRMS software is an advantage.
