Payroll Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Collect and verify timekeeping data, calculate wages.

2. Calculate and withhold various deductions (e.g., insurance, retirement) and ensure all tax withholdings are accurate and compliant with federal and state laws.

3. Keep employee and payroll records up-to-date, including personal information, pay history, and changes in employment status.

4. Stay informed about and ensure all payroll practices adhere to current labor laws and tax regulations.

5. Address and resolve any payroll-related issues or questions from employees and reconcile discrepancies in payroll data.

6. Generate payroll reports for internal stakeholders, such as management and the accounting or finance departments.

7. Calculation of Final settlement .
