Payroll Executive

Our client:

• Engineering Industry (Government Sector)
• Mon - Fri, Office Hours
• Ang Mo Kio (Co. trpt provided at Yio Chu Kang)
• UP $4000 Basic + VB

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for an organisation with a headcount of 500 employees or more, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, statutory submissions, and claims administration.
• Liaise with HR and internal stakeholders to verify payroll information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure payroll records are properly maintained.
• Support payroll operations by preparing reports, responding to employee enquiries, and identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Business/HR or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of end-to-end payroll and/or claims processing experience for a headcount of 500 employees or more
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
