Payroll Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and maintaining accurate payroll records. This role is crucial in supporting our employees through various payroll-related functions, including salary processing, leave management, and full and final settlements. Key Responsibilities: - Process payroll for employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. - Manage employee records related to payroll, including ESIC and PF contributions. - Handle joining formalities for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed. - Assist in leave management by tracking employee leave balances and processing leave applications. - Prepare and maintain payroll reports and documentation for audits and compliance purposes. - Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
