Payroll Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate payroll records and providing timely payroll services to employees. Key Responsibilities: - Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Maintain payroll records, including employee data, tax information, and deductions. - Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to PF, ESI, and ESIC. - Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any discrepancies. - Prepare and submit necessary reports to management and government authorities as required.
