Payroll Executive / Senior Executive

Location: Sargasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred
Salary: Up to 6 LPA
SAP Knowledge: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing using SAP.
• Manage salary processing, attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
• Process full and final settlements, reimbursements, and salary adjustments.
• Reconcile payroll data and maintain accurate employee records.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related activities.
• Resolve employee payroll queries while maintaining confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience is compulsory.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
• Good Excel, analytical, and communication skills.
