Payroll Executive / Compensation & Benefit Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly payroll processing for site & corporate employees.
• Handle attendance, leave, overtime, deductions and salary inputs.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare salary sheets, payroll reports and bank transfer files.
• Manage employee salary queries and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts and site teams for payroll inputs.
• Support payroll audits and statutory inspections.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing as per company policies.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with 2+ years of relevant payroll experience.
• Experience in construction/real estate/infrastructure preferred.
• Good knowledge of statutory compliances and payroll processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software/HRMS.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
