What they need
Job scope:
Verify and process 500+ monthly payroll transactions, incl. pro-ration for new hires/resignees, CPF submissions, taxation and other payroll matters, accurately and on time, including complex cases
Coordinate with HR business partners on pay element inputs and issue resolution
Identify/report payroll data discrepancies
Maintain secure archival of payroll files for audits
Analyse and recommend process improvements for payroll efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate+)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills; meticulous with an inquiring mind
Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
