Payroll Executive (Entry Level | $3500 + VB)

The Opportunity:

1. Permanent Role| Central
2. 5 days work week (M-F 9am to 6pm)
3. Basic up to $3500 (depending on experience)

Our client is a fortune 500 company and is a global leader in workforce solutions and they are hiring a Payroll cum Billing Executive to support payroll processing, billing, invoicing, and administrative operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong coordination skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The Job:

• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and process client invoices, ensuring billing accuracy and timely delivery.
• Verify payroll and billing documents, including contracts, timesheets, and supporting documentation.
• Follow up with clients on invoice-related enquiries and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare statutory submissions (e.g. CPF, SDL) and support monthly financial reporting.
• Respond to payroll and billing enquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Participate in system enhancement and migration activities, including pre-, during-, and post-implementation support.
• Support audits, year-end tax processing, statutory claims, reconciliations, and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
