Payroll Executive (Established Banking Sector / AWS Bonus)

Key responsibilities

• Process end-to-end monthly payroll for Singapore-based employees accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely disbursements
• Manage all statutory contributions and submissions, including CPF, IR8A / IR21 tax filings, and government-paid claims
• Administer and maintain precise employee data, leave records, and benefits administration within the enterprise HRIS platform
• Collaborate closely with the Finance department for monthly payroll reconciliation, general ledger reporting, and month-end closing activities
• Act as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact to resolve employee queries regarding payroll, taxation, and company benefits
• Ensure strict adherence to the Singapore Employment Act, MOM guidelines, and internal corporate audit policies

About you

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle payroll processing; experience within the banking, financial services, or corporate sector is highly advantageous

• Strong, up-to-date working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and IRAS tax regulations

• Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

• Required to converse and write proficiently in Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts and our client global headquarters in China for payroll reporting, system alignments, and regional HR audits
