We're Looking for:

• Strong end-to-end payroll experience
• Experience processing high-volume weekly, fortnightly or monthly payrolls
• Exposure to payroll within mining, construction, resources or other heavy industries
• Experience interpreting awards, enterprise agreements, allowances, overtime and roster arrangements
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working across multiple payroll systems
• Strong Excel capability, including lookups and payroll reconciliations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with employees, site teams and internal stakeholder.
