What they need
- Workday Integration Cloud and Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll
- PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) current standard — and PICOF (legacy), plus Core Connector: Worker (CCW) / WECI
- Workday Studio, EIB, Document Transformation (XSLT), and Workday REST/SOAP web services
- Proven OUS / multi-country payroll vendor integrations — outbound HR/pay data and inbound payroll results, reconciliation, and error handling
- Experience integrating Workday with global payroll providers and middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi / MuleSoft)
- Strong data mapping, troubleshooting, UAT, and documentation skills
