Payroll Intern (Part-time)

We are looking for a part-time Intern to join our Payroll Advisory Team to support payroll administration and transformation projects.

What you will be doing:

·      Support payroll administration and maintain accurate payroll-related records

·      Handle documentation and submissions for government subsidy schemes (e.g. RMLPs)

·      Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for payroll operations

·      Compile reports, analyses, and presentation materials for management review

·      Participate in projects related to process enhancement and workflow design

What we are looking for:

·       Undergraduates in a relevant discipline

·       Organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills

·       Fluent in English and Cantonese

·       Knowledge of Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, is preferred
