What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
Run the monthly end-to-end payroll cycle for the employees.
Verify inputs like attendance, leaves, variable pay, bonuses, and one-time claims.
Ensure correct deductions for PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Income Tax (TDS).
Handle full and final (F&F) settlements for exiting employees in a timely manner.
Manage employee queries and tickets regarding salary, payslips, and tax computations.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, tax management, and related regulations.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations for cost savings initiatives.
