Payroll Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join the team at Medinex Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., part of a public listed company in Singapore. As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full payroll cycle for our clients based in Singapore, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments and deductions. This is a full-time role based Nusajaya Square, Johor.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and reviewing the monthly payroll for multiple clients
• Ensuring all payroll and tax-related calculations are accurate and compliant with relevant legislation
• Managing payroll-related employee enquiries and resolving any discrepancies
• Producing detailed payroll reports and analysis for clients
• Maintaining thorough records and documentation for audit purposes
• Liaising with internal teams and external authorities (e.g. government agencies) as needed
• Continuously improving payroll processes and procedures to enhance efficiency

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a payroll management role, preferably with experience in Singapore payroll
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient in using payroll software and data management tools
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
