Payroll Manager

Responsibility :

• Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a large and multi-site workforce.

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll, including salary, overtime, allowance, incentive, and roster-related payments.

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, PPh 21, BPJS, and company policies.

• Drive payroll process improvement, HRIS optimization, and automation.

• Provide payroll analysis and insights to support manpower cost management and business decisions.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Science, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of payroll experience, with proven leadership experience.
• Strong experience in large-scale and multi-site payroll, preferably in the mining industry.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations, PPh 21, BPJS, overtime, and employee benefits.
• Experience managing roster/site-based employees is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/Payroll systems and advanced Excel.
• Willing to travel to mining sites when required.
