Payroll Manager

1.     Performs payroll checking process of payroll attendance by the staff, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records and calculating payrolls.

2.     Partners with accounting/finance for submission of accounting reports such as entries and compensation.

3.     Overall in charge in monitoring and maintenance of the HRIS system.

4.     Interprets company policies and government regulations affecting payroll tax issues.

5.     Reviews personnel records to determine names, rates of pay, and position titles of newly hired employees and changes in wage rates and occupations of employees on payroll.

6.     Adjusts payroll errors and responds to complaints.

7.     Responds to notifications from state agencies or others regarding former employment of unemployment claims filed by former or existing employees.

8.     Ensures that QMS standards are implemented, monitored, and documented.

9.     Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

10.  Checking employee last pay before submission to the finance department.

11.  Coordination between the HR and payroll for the fully implementation of HRIS system.
